This page attempts to explain our forum policy, what to do if you have trouble with your account, what post reports are, why they help and many other things. Why can't I view images? If you are having trouble viewing images you may not have the proper permission to do so. In some forum sections you must meet certain requirements to view images. For an explanation of what you need to view that section be sure to read the forum description. Other possible causes are that your firewall/browser settings are incorrect. I'm having registration problems. If you've previously had an account here you may not create another account. If you've forgotten your password simply use the lost password form. If you no longer have access to the email you registered with, please use the "Contact Us" link at the bottom of the page. Paid for access but don't have it. If you paid for access and have waited over six hours but are still unable to view the images and videos in the supporter sections, simply PM Dave. If you've paid with an eCheck they take up to five business days to clear. We have no control over that! Account Banned. If you're account has been banned it's usually due to too many infractions. The first time is usually seven(7) days. During this time we encourage you to find our rules and read them. Creating multiple accounts to avoid the ban will result in a permanent ban.. How am I billed? If you become a paid supporter all billing is handled via 128 bit SSL encryption and is billed discretely as "SECONDHK". Please do not be alarmed when you see the charges. If you have any questions regarding this charge on your Credit Card please use the "Contact Us" form at the bottom of the page For all other registration and account issues, use the "Contact Us" form located at the bottom of the page. Becoming A MemberWe've added this section due to confusion and problems with becoming a supporter after you've registered or your supporter status has expired. To become a supporter is a few simple steps. We're going to start at the beginning with registering a new account. Feel free to skip ahead to the part you may be having problems with. Start by going to our registration system here.Upon arrival you have two options either login or create a new account, if you already have a account simply login and skip ahead a few steps, if you do not have a account, lets create one now. Start by clicking the New Members Link. This brings you to the registration form. If you are seeking the forum rules and guidelines please click here. If you wish to register a account on our forum please click here. Screen Shot Simply select the option you wish (Free or a supporter package), then fill out the form below. You must enter information in these boxes, you DO NOT have to enter you real information, though a VALID EMAIL ADDRESS IS A MUST(privacy concerns). After you've completed the information, hit the "Continue" button. The next is the user agreement for supporters, make sure you agree to this, or do not continue! After you've agreed, you will receive a confirmation email. You must follow the link in that email to activate your membership, if you did not receive that email, please use the "Contact Us" link at the bottom of the page. Once you've followed that link your free/paid account will become active. Thats all there is to becoming a supporter from scratch, 3 simple steps. Regaining expired supporter statusIf you're subscription has expired, been unable to be re-billed, canceled or is unable to be collected your status will be revoked. To regain supporter status, simply submit a new payment for the package you wish to get. First loginIn the member area there is your current and past subscriptions, and the time period they were/are active from. The drop down box contains the supporter packages you may purchase, simply select one from the drop down box and hit the "Order" button. Screen Shot After that you're taken to our secure Credit Card processor, Please verify everything is correct and submit payment. If you encounter membership issues, please see this section for further help. Paid for access, but don't have it. Reporting PostsWhen you encounter a post that you believe violates our rules and or guidelines the best thing you can do is use our easy, and anonymous post reporting feature. The link can be found underneath any post which contains attachments for ease of use, and also to the left of the screen, under neath of the user names, as a ! icon.We try our best, to view every thread and its content, but due to the increasingly growing number of threads and content being posted it becomes harder, and more time consuming to catch everything. You can help keep eXposed Forums trouble free, and up and running, by taking 3 mouse clicks out of your life to report a post. Posting Rules and Guidelines.
